FAQ's
𝟣. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may take up to 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece. You’ll be notified once your order is on the way.
𝟤. What materials do you use?
All pieces are made from high-resolution UV resin using advanced 3D printing technology. The material is lightweight, smooth to the touch, and finished by hand for clarity and precision.
𝟥. How do I care for my jewellery?
Handle the pieces with care: Avoid sharp impacts or excessive pressure to maintain the shape and integrity. Use a dry, soft cloth to polish, especially for transparent pieces which may get cloudy from fingerprints. Avoid chemicals such as alcohol, perfume or harsh cleaning products. Keep away from prolonged heat or direct sunlight.

𝟩. Can I return or exchange my order?

8. Can I return my item without contacting you first?
Please do not return any item without prior approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded. If there is a problem with your order, contact us first so we can assess the issue and offer the correct solution.
9. When will I hear back from you?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days. For issues requiring third-party involvement (e.g. platform policies or shipping disputes), there may be a short delay while we wait on confirmation.
