1. Order Processing & Shipping
All pieces are handmade, with most are made-to-order.
- Ready-to-ship items: dispatched in 3–5 business days.
- Made-to-order: 1–3 weeks, depending on design complexity.
If you are purchasing for a specific date or occasion, feel free to reach out. We are always happy to help ensure your piece arrives when you need it.

2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the artistic, handcrafted, and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Change of mind returns are not eligible for refund.
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos for assessment. Upon approval, we will send you a replacement or full refund at no charge.
We encourage you to carefully review product details and images before ordering to ensure the piece is the right fit for you.
3. Unauthorised Returns
Items must not be returned without prior approval.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Jewellery Loans (Editorial/Events)
Pleiosien offers jewellery loans for stylists, designers, photographers, and creative professionals.
To inquire about a loan, please contact us directly via email (pleiosien@gmail.com) or Instagram DM (@pleiosien).
Loan Terms:
-Items must be returned in their original condition by the agreed date.
- A deposit or formal documentation may be required depending on the project.
- The borrowing party is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage incurred during the loan period.
- All concepts, pull requests, and publication targets must be approved in writing prior to dispatch.
- Pleiosien reserves the right to decline loan requests that do not align with our brand aesthetic or values.
Credits & Content Use:
- Full and visible credit must be given to Pleiosien in all published content, including social media posts, reels, editorial spreads, and BTS footage.
- By accepting a styling loan, you grant Pleiosien a non‑exclusive, perpetual, royalty‑free licence to use any high‑resolution imagery, video content, and BTS media created during the shoot (website, social media, email marketing, portfolio).
- Final high‑resolution files must be provided within the agreed timeframe.
5. Care & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper care and handling of all pieces post‑delivery.
All orders include detailed care instructions.
Please protect your jewellery by keeping it away from:
- Harsh chemicals
- Alcohol or perfume
- Excessive heat
- Prolonged direct sunlight
6. Shipping Policy
All parcels include basic tracking.
If you require signature on delivery or express shipping, please contact us before checkout.
7. International Orders
Yes, we ship worldwide.
International buyers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- VAT
- Import taxes
- Any customs‑related delays
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs clearance.
8. Damage in Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 3 days
- Provide clear, unfiltered photos of the item and packaging
We will assess and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Pleiosien reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud
- Abusive communication
- Unreasonable or unsafe requests
11. Handmade Variations, Material Behaviour & Colour Differences
Pleiosien pieces are handcrafted with care and precision. Due to the nature of materials such as resin, pigments, metals, and hand‑polished surfaces, subtle variations may occur. These are normal and part of each piece’s uniqueness.
Variations may include:
- Slight surface differences
- Minor textural irregularities
- Natural inconsistencies in clarity or gloss
- Small marks from hand‑polishing or curing
- Colour variation due to pigment dispersion, curing, or lighting
These characteristics do not constitute defects.
12. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All jewellery designs, CAD models, sketches, product images, text, branding, and creative materials displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Pleiosien.
Purchasing a product does not grant reproduction, manufacturing, commercial, or distribution rights.
Pleiosien does not replicate other designers’ work.
Reference images may be used for inspiration only.
13. No AI‑Generated Design Policy
All Pleiosien designs, including sketches, CAD models, concepts, and final artworks, are created entirely by hand using professional design skill and jewellery‑making expertise.
Pleiosien does not use AI image generation, AI‑assisted design tools, or automated creative systems in the creation of any commissioned work or product designs.
14. Product Photography & Colour Accuracy
Colours may appear differently across screens, devices, and lighting conditions. Product photos are an accurate representation of the piece, but slight variations may occur in person due to the handcrafted nature of the work and pigment behaviour.
15. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Made‑to‑order pieces begin production shortly after purchase; therefore cancellations may not be possible.
16. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Pleiosien is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after dispatch. If you require additional insurance or signature on delivery, please contact us before checkout.
17. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
18. Allergies & Sensitivities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they do not have allergies or sensitivities to the materials listed. Pleiosien is not liable for allergic reactions.
