    1. Order Processing & Shipping
    Ready-to-ship items: dispatched in 3–5 business days.
    Made-to-order/custom pieces: 1–3 weeks, depending on design complexity.
    Shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
    2. Returns & Exchanges
    Due to the artistic and made-to-order nature of each piece, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
    If your piece is damaged on arrival, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos for assessment.
    3. Unauthorised Returns
    Please do not return any item without prior approval.
    Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded. Always contact us first to resolve any issues.
    4. Jewellery Loans (Editorial/Events)
    Available to stylists, designers, and photographers.
    Items must be returned in original condition by the agreed date.
    Loan agreements will require a deposit or formal documentation.
    5. Care & Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for proper handling of all pieces post-delivery.
    Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, heat, or direct sunlight.

    6. Shipping Policy
    All packages include basic tracking. If you require signature on delivery or express shipping, please contact us before checkout.
    7. International Orders
    Yes, we ship internationally!
    Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required in their country.
    Delivery times vary by destination and may be delayed due to customs clearance.

    8. Damage in Transit
    If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear, unfiltered photos of the damage and packaging.
    We'll assess and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

    9. Privacy Policy
    Your personal information (email, address, etc.) is used only to fulfil your order and communicate with you.
    We don’t sell or share your data with third parties.
    10. Right to Refuse Service
    We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive communication, or unreasonable requests.
    11. Content Use Policy (for Styling Loans or Shoots)
    We may request photo credits and permission to share any professional photos featuring Pleiosien pieces.
    If you tag us (@pleiosien), we may repost, please let us know if you’d prefer otherwise.

  • Commission Design Policy

    1. How to Request a Commission
    All commission inquiries must be made via:

    Once we’ve discussed your project and confirmed availability, you’ll be sent a commission agreement to sign before any work begins.

    2. Deposit & Payment Terms
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the design process begins.
    The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of the design, prior to delivery of the final files or physical product (if applicable).
    Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

    3. Design Process
    After the deposit is received, we will begin the concept and design phase.
    You will receive frequent rounds of drafts for review and feedback.
    Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made. Additional revisions may incur a fee during and after the piece is made.

    4. Turnaround Time
    Estimated turnaround time will be communicated upon booking.
    Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.
    Turnaround may vary based on complexity and responsiveness to feedback.

    5. Cancellations & Refunds
    The 50% deposit is non-refundable, even if the commission is canceled by the client.

    If the project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover time and resources used.

    If for any reason I am unable to complete the project, a refund of the deposit may be issued at my discretion.

    6.Usage Rights & Ownership
    All commissioned designs are the intellectual property of Pleiosien, unless otherwise agreed upon.

    The client receives non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights for personal or commercial use (as agreed).

    Resale, reproduction, or modification of the design without permission is strictly prohibited.

    If you require full rights or exclusivity, this must be discussed and may incur additional fees.

    ‎ ‎7. Shipping & Delivery Fees
    Standard shipping costs are included or calculated at checkout depending on your location.

    If you request special delivery methods such as Uber, Didi, or other courier services outside our standard shipping options, additional charges will apply and will be added to your final order price.

    We will notify you of any extra fees before processing your order for these special deliveries.
