1. Order Processing & Shipping

Ready-to-ship items: dispatched in 3–5 business days. Made-to-order: 1–3 weeks, depending on design complexity. Please note that most of our pieces are made-to-order.

If you are purchasing for a specific date or occasion, feel free to reach out, we are always happy to help ensure your piece arrives when you need it.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the artistic and made-to-order nature of each piece, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
If your piece is damaged on arrival, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos for assessment.

3. Unauthorised Returns

Please do not return any item without prior approval.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded. Always contact us first to resolve any issues.

4. Jewellery Loans (Editorial/Events)

Available to stylists, designers, and photographers.
Items must be returned in original condition by the agreed date.
Loan agreements will require a deposit or formal documentation.

5. Care & Responsibility

Please note that customers are responsible for proper handling of all pieces post-delivery.
All pieces are delivered with detailed care instructions to help you keep them in perfect condition.

We kindly ask you to protect your piece by keeping it away from harsh chemical, heat, or direct sunlight.

6. Shipping Policy

All packages include basic tracking. If you require signature on delivery or express shipping, please contact us before checkout.

7. International Orders

Yes, we ship internationally.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required in their country. Delivery times vary by destination and may be delayed due to customs clearance.

8. Damage in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear, unfiltered photos of the damage and packaging.
We'll assess and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (email, address, etc.) is used only to fulfil your order and communicate with you.
We don’t sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive communication, or unreasonable requests.

11. Content Use Policy (for Styling Loans or Shoots)

We love collaborating with stylists, photographers, and creatives. To ensure a mutually beneficial partnership, the following guidelines apply to all editorial, commercial, or personal styling loans and shoots:

  • Image & Video Credit: Full and visible credit must be given to our brand in all published content, social media posts, reels, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage. Please tag our official handles and list our brand name in the styling credits.
  • Content Sharing Rights: By accepting a styling loan, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use any high-resolution imagery, video content, and BTS media generated during the shoot. This includes use on our website, social media channels, email marketing, and portfolio.
  • Turnaround Time: High-resolution digital files and final assets from the shoot must be shared with us within [X] weeks of the shoot date.
  • Item Care & Responsibility: All loaned pieces must be handled with the utmost care. Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition within the agreed-upon timeframe. The borrowing party is financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage (including stains, scratches, or tears) incurred post-delivery.
  • Prior Approval: All concepts, pull requests, and publication targets must be approved by us in writing prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to decline loans that do not align with our brand aesthetic or values.
